Inui Global Logistics has notified the Japan Securities Depository Center on March 18 that Inui fixed the record date for such Shareholders Meeting of Shareholders.

With respect to the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Shareholders with the agenda of abolishing the takeover defense plan scheduled to be held on May 7, 2020, Inui Global Logistics has informed Alphaleo that it notified the Japan Securities Depository Center on March 18 to set the record date to March 31, 2020 for such Shareholders Meeting.
