1 . 業務提携締結の内容

スタンダードキャピタル株式会社と株式会社ダナルジャパンは、ブロックチェーン技術を活用した決済システム開発・協力体制を築くための業務提携を締結しました。ダナルジャパン社は決済システムの開発及びインフラ提供を行い、スタンダードキャピタル社はブロックチェーン技術を活用した決済ソリューションをダナルジャパン社へ提供します。

2 . 業務提携締結の目的

株式会社ダナルは2000年に世界初のキャリア決済商用化し、2018年にはSamsung Payのキャリア決済を開始するなど、モバイル決済市場においてグローバルな展開を行ってきました。株式会社ダナルジャパンは株式会社ダナルの日本法人であり訪日外国人向けのキャッシュレス決済に注力して様々な国のインバウンド決済に取り組んでいます。スタンダードキャピタル株式会社は、ブロックチェーンを活用した様々な金融サービスの開発研究に取り組んでおり、金融包括への取り組みが全世界で広がることによって、これまで金融サービスを利用できなかった人々の生活水準が向上し、経済活動の促進が図られるとして、この度業務提携を締結するに至りました。

3.今後の展開について
