Standard Capital Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Taisei Yamaguchi) has formed a business tie-up with WAYVX in order to cooperate in STO technology and legal development.
1. Details of the business alliance
The two companies will promote various related businesses aiming to stabilize the securities market issuance process and to reduce related costs through security tokenization of assets and smart contracts utilizing blockchain technology.
2. Purpose of business alliance
We have partnered with WAYVX to promote the digitalization of the Chilean financial market. Standard Capital will support the development of the Chilean financial market by introducing a security token trading system.
3. Future development
In Chile, the Santiago Stock Exchange and others launched a blockchain consortium in August 2019 and are developed a “business blockchain network.”They are taking a proactive approach to revive financial markets.We are looking forward to the future development of the Chilean financial market.We intend to develop businesses that accurately capture market trends, such as supporting business construction and responding to future laws and regulations.
